Box cut to approximately 63 linear inches, containing bike, fenders, and tent. Suitcase is 52 linear inches and contains all other gear except netbook, camera, books, and sleeping bag. Those will be put in a rear pannier as carry-on. The bike box being 1 linear inch beyond the limit could trigger oversize baggage charges.
